Lots of lovely parks and walking tracks close by. The house is surrounded by large trees and a fully secure fence , lovely verandah and a private sun drenched courtyard area Local supermarkets and shops a 5/10minute stroll away

The airport is less than 5kms from the villa , with a bus stop outside our house that will take you to Nelson city centre , tahuna beach , and Richmond Tahuna beach with all its attractions is less than 5kms away , as is Nelson Golf Club

Very comfortable beds, pet friendly, and ideal accommodation for family or group. Peaceful surroundings.

Such an awesome place! This beautiful house is extremely well set up for guests, with plenty of room for our tour party to both get away from each other and congregate in comfort. A well appointed kitchen has everything you could wish for, the rooms all have wonderfully comfortable beds, and the fully fenced yard, complete with tree swings and multiple decks provides a relaxing peaceful sanctuary. And the luxurious bath is an added bonus :) Lesley was lovely to deal with, and the whole experience was extremely positive. Would thoroughly recommend!!

We have linen and towels at the property , which can be hired for use - if hired beds will be made up with fresh linen and stripped and cleaned after departure - $20 per bed ( this is optional )
There’s is a $30 additional cleaning charge that will be added, ( not optional ) this is to ensure that the house is properly cleaned ready for the nxt booking - pls leave the property tidy , dishwasher loaded and switched on on departure
Dogs are welcome , we have a dog flap fitted in the back door , but please clean up the garden after your dog and please keep the dogs off the beds and sofas
