There’s plenty of sleeping options - the master bedroom (queen bed), 1st single bedroom (king single with trundler), 2nd single bedroom (king single bed with trundler), cozy lounge (double sofa bed) - and there’s ample room for a tent on the lawn if you desire! Enjoy a wine under the cherry blossom tree, alongside the north-facing patio which complete the generous fully fenced backyard with veggie garden, outdoor fire, and Weber BBQ. Located on a quiet No Exit street, there’s also Wifi (ultrafast fibre) to keep everyone happy. The white sandy beach really is a 4 minute drive (or a 20 minute walk) and Bayfair mall (with its brand new stores, dining precinct, gaming arcade, and cinema) only a 2 minute drive (or 10 minute walk). Trendy Mount Maunganui cafes, hot pools, playgrounds, golf courses, driving range, BayPark and Bay Oval/Blake Park are all convenient too. This house is our family home and is perfect for a family or group of extended family/friends; it is strictly non-smoking/non-vaping and will not be rented to teenagers or party animals sorry :)
