Set on 5 acres, there is ample off-street parking. With enough room for boats and/or caravans. There is a carport to park under cover. The home has four bedrooms, and two bathrooms. A large open plan, lounge, dining and kitchen. With cosy sunken nook, to soak up the sun. Close by to Pohara's attractions including the sandy beach, safe swimming, 'On the Spot' store, cafes, bar, playground & campground. 1km away is the tennis courts, 1.5km to the Tarakohe launching ramp and 3km to the 9 hole golf course. The house sleep 7 people with the number of beds, but please enquire about how we can accommodate larger groups.
