Car parking - Parking is onroad and free of charge. A resident's only designated car parking space is located in front of the property. Additional on road parking spaces are generally available, but these are not designated. Children - This home is deemed unsuitable for children under 12 years of age. Noise - The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road & port noise. This accommodation may not be ideal for light sleepers. Personal home - This home is made available to guests on an occasional basis & is occupied by the property owners at other times. As a result, you'll enjoy access to a superbly equipped home with the minor trade-off that you may see some personal items & that some spaces may be dedicated to the storage of owner belongings. Stairs - This is a two-storey home with stair access to the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom. Check-in is possible anytime after 3pm or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased. Please try to arrive during business hours where possible (our team are available 7 days a week as late as 8pm). Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only.
