The Kayu Studio showroom adjacent to the apartment is accessible to guests where a meeting room is available for booking (availability dependant), there is coffee and quiet places to enjoy and work if needed. Important Note: Please be aware of the following terms and conditions: Payment Schedule: A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to your credit card 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Guest Portal: You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival. Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID. Booking Confirmation: Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold. Bond Hold: A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival. The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found. Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
