If you need to leave, Ohope Beach is just a few minutes drive. The town of Whakatane is walkable but if your driving it is only a couple of minutes. Part of the property is a 1 bedroom unit which can be part of your let or may be let separately. It is completely private and would not impact on your stay. Great for one large family or two families . A very large deck to spend endless time and enjoy the views while you watch the kids playing in their own little play ground.
