For those who love to cook, Woodward House offers a fully equipped kitchen and a BBQ, allowing you to self-cater during your Taupo getaway. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms with queen size beds, one of which has an ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms have direct balcony access, allowing you to soak in the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, there is a bunk room on this floor. Downstairs, two bunk rooms are perfectly set up for the kids, ensuring everyone has their own space. In addition to the master ensuite, Woodward House features a family bathroom on each floor, with the top floor boasting a corner spa bath for ultimate relaxation. The ping-pong table will provide hours of fun for young & old. The upstairs level of the home has a ducted gas heating system. There are heaters provided for the downstairs level. Conveniently located just a few minutes' drive from Taupo town centre, Woodward House offers easy access to the amenities and attractions of our beautiful town. Bedding configuration is - UPSTAIRS: 1x Queen, 1x Queen,1x Queen. DOWNSTAIRS: 1x Bunk with Single over Double, 4x Single Bunk beds There is also 1x Sofa-bed in the living room. Maximum 18 guests allowed. Your nightly rate includes exit clean. Linen and towels are provided (the cost for this is $15 per booking). We do not offer the option for guests to provide their own linen as we wish to ensure that the mattresses and pillows are always covered with protectors. **Please note - There are security cameras at the entrances and exits of the home. There are no cameras inside the home. STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. The house must be left tidy. Dishes must be washed, dried and put away before departure. All rubbish must be neatly bagged. The BBQ must be left clean. No smoking and no pets allowed.
