About this Holiday House

Situated in a quiet, elevated cul-de-sac, this is the perfect home to spend this Xmas and New Years holiday with the family. Early 1990s dwelling split over three levels, with a modern kitchen, wood burner, master bedroom with ensuite and balcony, timber deck at rear, ocean & rural outlook.
3 bedrooms (1 with king bed, another with queen bed, and the 3rd with 2 single beds). A large trampoline to keep the kids occupied for hours. This house could be shared between 2 families (Max 4 adults / 2 children). We are ideally looking for someone who can rent for a minimum of 10 days.
*Special conditions:
Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No smoking. Pets are not permitted.
This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.
You will have access to the whole property except the garage, which will be locked up with our personal belongings.
Linen and towels will be provided free of charge.
