The spacious master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom including a luxurious standalone bath and separate shower. This room also boasts a private courtyard; simply perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a glass of wine in amongst the stunning trees and mountain views. Enjoy easy access to the garden and spa pool from any of the three guest bedrooms, one with ensuite, and all with large sliding doors. There is the option for Bedroom 4 to be setup as a family room with 1-2 single beds on request. (Please note that this is suitable for Bedroom 4 only). Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure will result in extended housekeeping hours being charged. This may include carpet cleaning or excessive rubbish removal for example. - Arrow Wood is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held. - Please be mindful that the property is located in a residential area and be courteous to your neighbours. Quiet hours are to be observed between 10pm and 7am. - Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the property. Smoking/vaping is allowed outside only with windows and doors shut. - No pets or animals are permitted. - We require a security bond of $1,000 due prior to arrival, which is held in trust until after the guests have vacated the property and a full inspection has been completed. The security bond is refunded to the guest by way of the credit card used for payment less any costs, which include but are not limited to: Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure that result in extended housekeeping hours. Loss of keys, missing items, carpet cleaning, repair of damages to the property and chattels or excessive rubbish removal. ***
