Special Amenities

To get to this unique and unforgettable spot you will need to drive over a railway line that is not suitable for low-lying cars. It requires careful driving and an angled approach to the railway line. The driveway is reasonably steep and gravel lined making it a bumpy ride, but most cars can navigate this without too much of an issue. It is best suited for a 4WD and confident drivers. Important - The water: Please bring your own drinking water. Although the tank water may be safe for drinking most of the time, there is always a risk that it isn’t. To be extra cautious we highly recommend you do not drink the water from the tap. One bottle of water will be provided on your arrival. Boiling the water and allowing to cool before drinking is another option. Great care needs to be taken with young children. Especially around the stairs and with the train tracks at the bottom of the driveway. The Coastal-Pacific train comes past at around 9.50am and 4.30pm each day. It can be fun for the kids (and adults!) to get a toot from the train driver while watching the train pass from the bottom of the driveway. Get ready to create cherished memories in this truly magical and one-of-a-kind location.
