Large turning circle with plenty of room for cars, boats and a covered double lean-too garage. Unlimited water for boat washing. Smart TV, unlimited wifi, Alexa, Netflix, Weber barbecue with Pizza Stone. Bookcase full of books and jigsaws. Operating Farmlet and the owners glamping out of sight at the bottom of the property. • Less than 1km from Wainui Falls • 2.2kms to the beach and estuary entrance with an abundance of cockles, mussels and pipis • 3.3kms to Toto’s Pizzeria on the Totaranui Hill • 4.6km to the north end of the Abel Tasman National Park • Pohara 10km and Takaka township 19km

Immaculately presented home in the most amazing surroundings. Homely, beautifully kept garden, veggie patch, fresh eggs, what more can you ask for. Wayne & Lyn are not only fabulous people they are fantastic hosts. How special it was to be brought to Wainui Bay to gather cockles and pipi’s that they cooked for us on a campfire, where we exchanged great stories and laughs. Thanks Wayne & Lyn! Martin & Claire

This was an absolutely amazing spot. Wayne was exceptional in his helpfulness and generosity. Nestled away from everywhere but close to beaches, waterfall and shops. Good, well stocked kitchen with good gas stove, great BBQ (pizza stone is great) and everything you need. TV, internet etc all good. Beds all very comfy. Loft a good room for kids. Enough spots around the house, property to find a quiet spot even when 8 people are staying. Washing machine was great. Can't say enough. We will be back for sure! Thanks

Great holiday house with a great range of equipment and cooking basics provided in the kitchen (but note there isn’t a microwave). Great BBQ (with pizza stone) and range of outdoor furniture provided. Fantastic birdlife all around the house. Very friendly and thoughtful hosts. There were only 4 of us, so only used 2 of the bedrooms. Very comfortable queen beds. One of the upstairs bedrooms doesn’t have a door, just a curtain. Also, the fourth bedroom is a little unusual - could be really fun for small kids, but check it meets your needs. All in all a great place for us.
