Hekerua Bay Views offers one of the best views on Waiheke. With an expansive deck perfectly positioned for all day sunshine, you won’t want (or need) to move far. A newly refurbished modern kitchen is fully equipped to enjoy home cooked meals away from home. Enjoy each other’s company, no matter what you’re up to with an open plan kitchen, dining and living space. Gather everyone at your choice of indoor or outdoor dining sets and crank up the BBQ while the sun sets. Spacious with comfortable furnishings, this two- bedroom home is bright and enjoyed all year round, with a wood burner keeping things toasty warm in winter. The master room mirrors the guest bedroom, so no one has to fight for space. Both are fitted with your own wardrobes. One bathroom is shared with a shower and toilet. It may be hard to get out of your comfortable bed, but meander down the walking track alongside the property to secluded Hekerua Bay, or continue on to Sandy Bay, and you’ll likely have them all to yourself for your morning swim. Plan to do a bit of sightseeing? Take your pick of travel options. You’re a 3-minute drive to Oneroa Village with plenty of boutique stores, cafes and restaurants to choose from, and a Four Square if you want to stock up on groceries. With a bus stop located directly outside the property, it’s a quick 10-minute trip from the Matiatia Ferry Terminal, and you can explore the island’s wineries without having to drive. If you prefer walking, there’s a number of tracks within easy reach, and it’s a 10-minute downhill stroll to little Oneroa Beach and a small convenience store. Please Note: An exit cleaning fee applies to each stay. All linen and towels are supplied but please bring your own beach towels. Minimum stays: Seven nights between mid-December and mid-January, two nights all other times and three nights for public holiday weekends. Security Deposit: A security deposit of $500 will be preauthorized to your credit card 2 days before departure. This will be released 5 days after departure.
