This was his home, designed to bring his family together, to enjoy the iconic Tutukaka Coast and all the ways of the ocean playground just outside his front door. Princes Retreat is a quiet getaway, self-contained beach bach complete with your own private lookout for River sunset views and boat ramps just minutes away from your doorstep. Our holiday home is located on a quiet family friendly culdesac in Ngunguru. Our family home offers Air conditioning, Wifi, Smart tv, BBQ, and river views. It is a two storied home with Main living area on the second floor, accessible via internal stairs. Upstairs is the Full kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven and microwave. Dining and lounge area with Wifi and indoor/outdoor flow to front patio and bbq area. This is an open, sunny area designed for a family to spend time together. Main bedroom on the second floor has 1 Queen bed and walk in wardrobe. Access to Ensuite with Shower, toilet and basin. The ensuite has two access ways - the second leads to a shared living space which can also be a bedroom with a fold-out couch. This comfortable setup easily sleeps two adults. The 3rd bedroom is downstairs, with 2 x single beds and another ensuite with Shower, toilet and basin. Climb the driveway to the top of the section for spectacular views of the Sandpit and Ngunguru River. The flat area is a great place for family games of Kubb or a quiet drink with the sunset to celebrate the holiday. There is internal access to a large garage, designed in height and space to secure a medium sized boat, with automatic doors.
