About this Holiday House

Ideally suited for families, this is a peaceful place to stay, Omaha Family Haven. This cosy 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home is at the Northern end of Omaha. Our place has views of the sea from the deck, lots of lovely warm sun and situated in a very quiet small Cul-de-Sac, surrounded by permanent residents, a perfect safe street for the kids to play, bike or scooter. Its just a 3 minute walk down pathways to the beautiful white sand beach. Its a nice quiet area of omaha away from the busy surf club. The Boat Ramp is just a minute drive up the road, and the Golf Course is a 5 minute walk. Relax in the afternoons on the back deck that has a 6 seater outdoor dinning table and BBQ. Plus comfy Coast Bean Bags. No Party's or noise after 11pm.

Special Amenities

Take a 3 minute stroll to one of NZ's best beaches. A long white sand beach with surf club and generally safe swimming for all levels. Modern and well equipped the house is light and airy, with a new kitchen and modern appliances and a modern beach feel. The kitchen is well equiped with a coffee machine and Soda Stream machine, Bench top Pizza Oven and all the utensils you'll need to make cooking a breeze. Bedroom 1 has a King Bed, Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed and Bedroom 3 has Bunks One Single, One Double and One single Trundler bed. Plus 2 bathrooms and a laundry. There is a large selection of board games, Lego, books and magazines, TV with access to Netflix, Neon and Amazon Prime. A portable speaker for music. Large Boat Shed and filleting sink outside. Boat shed has a Ping Pong table, 2 Kayaks, two bikes, kids Scooters, Surf Boards and Boggie Boards, beach chairs, Bean Bags and an extra fridge freezer for the over flow if required. The boat shed gives your kids some extra inside play space perfect for a rainy day.

Special Attractions and Activities Nearby

3 minute walk to the beach or 5 mins to the Golf club. There is plenty to do around the area. Matakana shops and markets are a 10 minute drive. Beautiful Tawharanui Regional park is a 20 min drive away, there you can swim, surf, walk the beach or do a few scenic hikes. Its a popular family picnic spot. Goat island Marine Reserve for Snorkelling, Pakiri for Surfing or Horse Riding. There are plenty of Cafes and restaurants in the area. We will supply you with an information sheet about the area, places to see and favourite eats.
