A comfortable and relaxing bach in a great location with only an 8 min walk to the beach and bike park, 2 min walk to the popular O.B.E Cafe & Bar and 13 min walk to Foxton Beach Estuary. Close by are x2 Fish’n Chip Shops, 4 Square/Dairy with gas station and local cafes. This home has been recently furnished with modern coastal designed décor and furniture adding warmth and beauty yet still keeping that beachy bach feel. A large fully fenced backyard with an enclosed entertaining BBQ area is perfect to enjoy on the long summer nights or even in the cooler months with the outdoor heating in this area. You can also enjoy all the morning sun on the front deck loungers. There are 3 bedrooms and a sleepout. Bedroom 1 - King bed Bedroom 2 - Queen bed Bedroom 3 - Double bunk bed plus a single bed (room sleeps 4) Sleepout -Single bunk beds (sleeps 2) There is a also a portacot and electric double airbed located in room 3 should you need them. Sky TV including movies and sport is available as well as a good selection of card and board games. The TV in the bunk room has Netflix access (will need your own netflix account). Basic cooking needs are supplied as well as tea, coffee and sugar. No parties or events sorry and we do ask that our special home away from home is used with care and respect throughout your stay. A cleaning fee is charged per stay to take care of the washing of linen and towels, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning of bathroom and toilet etc however, under Kiwi bach tradition, please tidy the house and do any remaining dishes prior to checkout. Please note there are security cameras placed around the perimeter of the property. There are no cameras inside or in the back entertainment area. The bach can be accessed from 3pm on day of arrival and vacated by 11am on day of departure. Cancellation Policy: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance to be paid at any time but no later than 14 days prior to your arrival. If cancellation is made within 14 days of check in you will loose 100% of the total booking price.
