One bedroom with two single beds suitable for children. Another bathroom with shower and bath. Open plan kitchen dining area that opens up into a private garden with outdoor seating for eight people. Spacious lounge with a cozy open fire place for the cold winter nights.

Situated close to Doncaster Drive Domain Playground for the children. Near Topaz Drive Reserve, Wairakei Reserve and Gordon Sprat Reserve. Papamoa Plaza and Fashion Island Shopping centre only 5 minute drive away. The beach is within 5 minute drive away(will take about 20 minutes walking). Only five minute drive to the Papamoa Hills Cultural Heritage Regional Park that has an outstanding 360 degree views at the summit where you can see Mount Manganui and Whakaari Island(White Island) on clear days, highly recommended and 100% worth the effort to get to the top.

Highly recommended !!! Our group had an amazing Easter break in the house. House was great, spacious, clean and at a very good location. Easy access to the house, with a kid's playground right across the street. House is in an excellent condition.

Fantastic property that suited our 2 families 4 xmas. The manager was on to it & quick 2 respond 2 messages. Bit far 2 walk 2 the beach but central location 2 the plaza & the surf club. Would def stay here again!!
