DVS system throughout the house. Newly renovated warm insulated rooms. European joinery perfect to shut out any cold southerly weather. Clean and tidy. Separate downstairs guest fridge freezer and breakfast trolley. This includes tea, coffee, jug and toaster. Large shared kitchen/dining area for cooking and dining while enjoying the view. Small walk from carpark to separate access off deck. Option to use the shared main access. Key provided.

A larger shopping centre is in nearby Johnsonville with an indoor mall with shopping and food court. There are two supermarkets, Mc Donalds, KFC, Burger Fuel, Burger King, Subway, several cafes. There are also several restaurants. There are three fuel stations nearby including BP, Z and Mobil. There is a laundromat. Johnsonville is 15 minutes walking distance also public transport by train is available to Wellington city.
