Modern, comfortable family home with fabulous outdoor living perched on 1.5 acres looking out on a large pond. Four bedrooms (incl master en suite). Open plan kitchen / family / dining area, which flows to an alfresco dining area with BBQ. Separate second lounge. Located in family-friendly Appleby Hills, just 15 minutes drive from the Nelson airport. Quiet safe neighbourhood, off street parking for three vehicles. - perfect for couples, families or anyone wanting some chilled out holiday time. The large pond at the bottom of the property is great for kayaking (2 kayaks available). A lovely walkway loops the rural-residential development and crosses the open glassland spaces. Close by - 5 minutes to Rabbit Island with its beautiful beach, mountain bike tracks and huge selection of picnic areas. - 5 minutes to the Great Taste Bike Trail & Greenacres Golf Course. -10 minutes to the Silky Otter movie theatre & Richmond Mall. -10 minutes to the seaside village of Mapua. - 35 minutes to Kaiteriteri Beach Check in 2:00 pm Check out 10:00 am

The house was amazing! Absolutely everything we needed, so clean and tidy (it was immaculate), great communication from the owner, comfortable beds, lots of extras, and a lovely view! Made our few days in Nelson relaxing and enjoyable. Thankyou so much for the use of your home!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is very new, clean and comfortable with lots of room to relax. We loved the setting and enjoyed the close proximity to Mapua and Nelson.
