Stunning three bedroom house with modern extension, perfect for lake and mountain view living. Very warm and dry house with fantastic views of Lake Brunner and the surrounding mountains. large covered area to enjoy the outdoors even when it rains. Very comfortable living area. Air conditioning for hot and cold, covered deck heating too. Centrally located on main street of Moana. Close to all amenities and attractions. Drive through access from both Ahau and Koe Streets, and large off street parking for boats and cars on lake side of the house.

With a fantastic view of the lake, this is a clean, warm and comfortable house, with everything you need for a great holiday. It's well situated for day trips to different areas of the West Coast. The owner, Nigel, is great to communicate with and very accommodating. Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us!

House must be left clean and tidy, all rubbish removed. We have a cleaner that comes in after you vacate to empty dishwasher, clean shower, toilets and mop floors. You must take your all your food and rubbish away with you.

Cancellations
If you cancel within three weeks of your stay there is 100% loss of deposit. (Deposit is 50% of your accommodation fee)
