Just a short stroll to Otaki beach and a few hundred metres from the playground. This cosy home is a great base to explore Otaki beach from. Soak up the sun in the sunny conservatory while the kids play or relax outside under the olive tree on our outdoor furniture. The house has 2x queen beds, a bunk bed and a cot, plus an additional portacot and fold out sofa bed in the conservatory. We can accommodate up to 7 people including an infant. Please note the bathroom in this house is small so keep this in mind when booking for a large group. However there are two toilets. The original Health camp road farm house has been renovated and well looked after. It hosts 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets and two living areas one with fireplace. The kitchen has all your basic appliances including an electric jug/kettle, toaster, rice cooker and stick wizz. It also has a freestanding oven dishwasher and a fridge freezer. There's also a small table to eat breakfast at or you can use the generous dining room table. We also have a children's high chair available and plastic ground sheet for under it. There is a seperate laundry which you are welcome to use. We have a small range of books and games available as well as a toy basket for children. The space is family and pet friendly, with a lawn and fully fenced section. We also have a full office set up for people wanting to work from home (but at the beach). It includes high speed wifi, 32 inch monitor, wireless mouse and keyboard. Making this the perfect work life balance getaway. Smoking is permitted OUTSIDE only. Please do not smoke inside the house.
