A short drive to the local Four Square, bar, cafes, and boutique cinema, Artisan bakery and Henry and Ted cafe. - Papamoa Plaza shopping mall and Fashion Island shopping centre is only 10 min drive away. Papamoa Hills Cultural Heritage Regional Park is about a 10 min drive. It is a unique mix of former pa sites, native forest and farmland and offers outstanding views over the Bay of Plenty Coastline. Mount Maunganui is about 20 mins drive where you can walk up the Mount, or wander around the shops. Pilot Bay is a great swimming spot, or great place for fish and chips watching the cruise ships coming and going! Plenty of places to surf / water sports if you are into that too.
