Accommodating six guests across three bedrooms and one bathroom, it provides a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed by your own generously sized sunny deck, surrounded by tropical plantings for added privacy. Furnished with inviting outdoor furniture, it becomes the ultimate space to unwind and embrace the beach life while listening to the soothing sounds of the nearby ocean. An outdoor shower makes returning from a day at the beach a total breeze. Inside, French doors open up to seamlessly blend the air-conditioned open-plan living area with the outdoors. The newly renovated kitchen exudes freshness with modern fixtures and fittings, fully equipped to meet all your needs during your stay. The bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations, with queen-sized beds in bedrooms one and two, and single bunk beds in the third bedroom. The bathroom features a shower and basin, with the convenience of a separate toilet. The washing machine and dryer are also located in the bathroom for your use. The fully fenced holiday home provides one car park on a shared driveway, with ample street parking available if needed. A casual three-minute stroll takes you to the beach, while Mount Maunganui's village is a mere five-minute walk away, offering boutique retail shops and gourmet cafes and restaurants. Please note that the furniture in the images may differ from what is exactly in the home when you arrive, ensuring a fresh and welcoming atmosphere for your stay. Other things to note - The main guest who books must be at least 25 years old to book - Strictly no parties or gatherings - Quiet times are from 10pm to 7am. - No pets are allowed Important Note: Please be aware of the following terms and conditions: Payment Schedule: A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to your credit card 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Guest Portal: You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival. Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID. Booking Confirmation: Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold. Bond Hold: A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival. The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found. Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning. These terms are designed to ensure the smooth processing of your reservation and to account for any potential damages or additional cleaning required during your stay.
