Outdoor deck for great evening BBQ`s, backyard is fully fenced suitable for children and a pet is negotiable. Our neighbours are Parklands School so if you have children, they will have plenty of space to run and play, use the playground, basketball court. Countdown supermarket is literally 2 minutes’ walk, the lemon tree is plentiful so you can sit back and enjoy a fabulous Tasman experience! Note: bathroom & toilet have a single step down to them. Due to unforeseen circumstances at the school, they are unable to have the swimming pool open for public use this summer - unfortuanately!
