The main bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and ensuite. The office is used as the 5th bedroom and has a single bed. It is situated close to the main bedroom. Upstairs there is a separate toilet. Downstairs there is one room with a queen bed and ensuite. The other room has a queen bed and single bed. Both these bedrooms open out to a lawn area. The back room has a set of bunks. There is a separate bathroom downstairs. A porta cot is also available.

Close to lake for swimming etc in the summer. Close to walking track and Edgewater resort. Good base for skiing in the winter.
