A large family bathroom serves the remaining two spacious upstairs bedrooms, with an open plan dining, lounge and well-equipped kitchen, including capsule coffee machine, Webber barbecue and everything else you need to enjoy a fabulous stay. We all had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the luxurious ambience of the house which was absolutely spectacular!! As an extended family get together, it made it all the more memorable and special. Thanks again to you and the team for the opportunity to be able to stay in such a beautiful home, it was very much appreciated.

The house had a good view but that property need to be cleaned everywhere was spider webs and ants in the kitchen pantry and specially the rumpus needs a lot of cleaning all the sofas were covered with spider webs. Rest was good but the caretaker need to focus on cleaning the house.

Really sorry to hear about the spiders & Ants and will have pest control come more often. If the house isn’t booked weekly it seems they must move on 😩 We have alerted our caretaker & clean team & I thank you for letting us know.

Outstanding home. Everything was exactly as specified. Great pools and views. We managed to cook each night for our large group. Hopefully get the stay there again one day.

Ariels Den 1 bdrm apartment sleeps 1-4 persons king or twin beds in bdrm plus double sofa bed in lounge and can be booked at an additional cost of $350.00 per night when booking the HOUSE. Ariel’s Den is not let to other guests when the 'House Only' is booked.
Cleaning fee for house only is $180.00 per stay
Cleaning fee for the house and Ariels Den is $230.00 per stay
Linen provided including pool towels.
A fully refundable $500.00 security bond is required and will be repaid at the end of your stay.
