Baycroft Downs is a private spacious fully self contained guesthouse which has two bedrooms with an additional bedroom off the outdoor patio if required. A full kitchen and laundry facilities are included. All living areas are open plan with access to the beautiful garden from every door. Recently renovated, everything is clean and fresh for you to enjoy Parking is available on site with separate guest access. It includes a private outdoor dining/bbq area opening out onto the gardens.

From wine tasting, rail trails, hot pools, golf to bush walks everything is on offer here Baycroft Downs guesthouse is 10 mins south of Katikati. Tauranga, Mt Maunganui and Waihi are all a 20min drive. The Coromandel , Rotorua, Cambridge, Hamilton, Whakatane are all within easy driving distance. The Tauranga airport is 30 mins drive and Auckland airport is just 2 hours away. Local restaurants and takeaways are in easy reach.
