Modern open plan home with water views over the city and harbour, set in a rural location, yet only 5 minutes drive to the hussle and bussle of Bayfair shopping centre and 8 minutes drive to the beautiful mount beaches. Alternatively you can take a short 15 minutes walk across the bridge to the Tauranga bars and restaurants. Large grounds, stunning views, beautiful gardens, stunning sunsets, a great place for families or friends to get away. STRICTLY NO PARTIES any sign of party and you wlll be asked to leave...Only the specified number booked to be at property.

Excellent home away from home. Peaceful retreat with everything we needed. We enjoyed the walks across the bridge and handy to Bayfair too. Definitely recommend.
