Lodore Lodge is located on five acres in a peaceful rural setting with expansive views. It is 10 minutes drive from Kerikeri, close to BOI Airpport and 20 minutes drive from Paihia. The open plan dining (with seating for eight), kitchen and lounge with double sliders opens onto a large patio with a 10 seater outdoor dining table (two Weber grills) - perfect for a family barbeque. The kitchen is fully equipped,there is a seperate pantry with fridge/freezer, microwave, second oven, storage and warming drawer and a seperate office. There is also a laundry with washer, dryer and clothes line adjacent. The bedrooms are located in seperate wings with private entrances - the two bedroom suite has a lounge and bathroom with two superking beds, which can be conffigured as four single beds. Each bedroom has a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities and open onto a patio equipped with table and chairs.The one bedroom wing has a queen sized bed, lounge and bathroom (with bath) and opens onto the pool/spa. The master bedroom suite has a queen sized, four poster bed, ensuite bathroom with double sink and walk in shower, walk-in wardrobe, sliders onto a patio and is situated in the main part of the house. The pool area is a feature of the property equipped with out door furniture and spa - so pour the wine and kick back on the sunloungers or watch the stars from the spa.
