This does not hold the guest in possession of the property; it is a penalty fee to cover the costs the host will incur from accommodating future guests & services required prior to the next guests arriving. Misplaced or lost swipe/keys shall incur the replacement charge of $220. Guests agree to book in good faith with the host and will not cause damage to the host’s property. Any damages will incur costs whether personal or as directed by the Body Corporate. Non-compliance of house rules or Body Corporate Guidelines may lead to the removal &/or trespass of all guests without refund of stay. Secure & lock all doors & windows before leaving the apartment.
