The perfect location to host a meeting, rest after an event, running the marathon or attending a Spark Arena concert. Recently renovated, the apartment’s open plan living space gives easy accessibility to the kitchen, dining & living room. The kitchen & dining area is perfect for you to easily prepare & host meals like you would at home and is a great space for study/work & for meetings. Wifi is fast, free & unlimited. The kitchen is fully-stocked with all appliances, cooking utensils, electric stove & oven, fridge & freezer, dishwasher & cupboard space for your food shopping necessities. A smoothie maker is available if you need a quick meal on-the-go. Free coffee, tea, sugar & cooking essentials. The longe with 2 x 2-seater sofas & a single arm chair has a selection of magazines and books. Prefer games? A selection of board games & cards are available. The bedrooms have a Super King & Queen bed with a large double wardrobe in each & bedside tables with lamps. The master bedroom has access to the balcony with a sliding door, that overlooks onto the pool, spa & outdoor recreational areas. An ironing board & iron, vacuum & a fan/heater are available. Bed linen & pillows are provided all with protectors. Blankets are available for those cooler months. The bathroom with heated towel rail, shower with hand-held wand & vanity houses a washer/dryer & washing powder for all your laundry needs. Towels are provided in the bathroom & extras stored in each bedroom. Free toilet paper, toothpaste, floss, soap, shampoo, conditioner & shower gel. Take some time to relax on the balcony where the sun is best at late morning to early afternoon. Parking is available for $3.50 per hour Mon - Sat 8am - 6pm. Alternatively a secure Wilson Carpark is a 5 minute walk on Anzac Avenue. Booking Enquiries: Enquiries must include a profile picture, full names & ages of all guests. ID verification may also be required. Tell us a little bit about your reason for travel. This info is to avoid any cancellation charges once a request is approved. Parking: A secure carpark may be available at time of booking for an extra charge. Request at time of booking for availability options. Nearby paid parking options are available. Personal Check-ins: Please confirm your time of arrival as host will greet you & provide a tour of the building. Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 1pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability. Cleaning services: Cleaning fees are not included in the cost however if you wish to arrange a cleaning or housekeeping service during your stay this can be arranged at an extra charge. Please just send us a message if you require extra cleaning. Amenities: Shampoo, conditioner, soap, shower gel, tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, laundry powder, dishwashing powder, cleaning products & kitchen essentials are available. Linens: A full set of linens for each bed is provided with protectors as well as face cloths, towels, dish towels and blankets. If you require further linen, please advise before your stay. Check-In Time: after 1pm Check-Out Time: 10am Occupancy limit: 2 people maximum Important: Please tell me a bit more about yourself, your guests & your trip when requesting to stay. Any inquiries not including last names, reviews &/or a profile picture may be asked to supply further information before the request is approved. This is to avoid any cancellation charges once the request has been approved. Occupancy limit of 4 people maximum. No parties/events/occasion gatherings/birthday parties, etc. All guests must adhere to Body Corporate Guidelines. Meet & greet check-ins for tour & key handover. Recreational areas including gym, pool & spa will be available upon request. Late checkouts can be arranged formally with the host. The daily rate shall apply if check-out is 2 hours or longer. This does not hold the guest in possession of the property; it is a penalty fee to cover the costs the host will incur from accommodating future guests & services required prior to the next guests arriving. Misplaced or lost swipe/keys shall incur the replacement charge of $220. Guests agree to book in good faith with the host and will not cause damage to the host’s property. Any damages will incur costs whether personal or as directed by the Body Corporate. Non-compliance of house rules or Body Corporate Guidelines may lead to the removal &/or trespass of all guests without refund of stay. Secure & lock all doors & windows before leaving the apartment.
