About this Holiday House

Explore the far north from our brand new (December 2019) stunning chalet. You will love the huge indoor living space with free flow onto the patio. Reclining leather armchairs make the patio a favourite place to relax while your steak sizzles on the gas BBQ and you sip your wine in anticipation. From the kitchen window you can see many native trees and it's only a short walk to the gazebo or duck pond. The master bedroom has a fabulous comfortable queen bed and in the other room are two good sized single beds. CANCELLATIONS. Less than 5 days notice guest pays the first night.

Gazebo sited next to picturesque lily pond walks around the farm where you can see horses, rabbits, ducks, frogs and many beautiful birds 3 gorgeous dogs to escort you if you wish 1 cat 5 ducks

Special Attractions and Activities Nearby

It is just one hour's drive to Cape Reinga from here on SH1 which is completely sealed and quite an easy drive. If you are lucky enough to be there at sunset or sunrise you will be absolutely blown away. The far north beaches are all magnificent although we don't recommend that you swim on 90 Mile. Its stunning to visit however and have a paddle or collect some Tuatua for your dinner. Henderson Bay and Rarawa are our local swimming beaches and we're happy to lend you our boogie boards. Beach towels are provided. Houhora Heads is not so great for swimming unless the tide is in but it's a beautiful place for a picnic.

Gorgeous place, peaceful surrounding, the chalet is beautiful and spotless with all the comforts. Polly and Geoff are lovely hosts and we had an amazing time. Highly recommend.
