Omg where do we start! LOVE LOVE LOVED OUR STAY! The house, the location, the views, beach access, all the facilities, ensuites in both rooms, the hospitality were all so good! Not to mention the owners daughters made us cookies and were extremely friendly. we swam every day! The house is excellent! Beach towels provided too. The beds were extremely comfortable! We will be back! Loved our stay sooo much! And although it was a business trip, coming back to the house at the end of the day was so rewarding :) thank you so much!

What an idyllic location. Awesome accommodation, can't fault the place. Clean, contemporary and comfortable. What a way to wake up, looking out at the golden sand and sea of Ahipara Beach.

LUXURY STAY IN AHIPARA Ahipara is our kiwi families regular holiday destination for over 15 years. The temperature is always warmer in the Far North, unobscured sunsets, and the outstanding surf in a SW swell - round the corner at Shipwreck Bay, has allowed us to meet many interesting tourists from all over. This time as 3 adults we stayed in the newly owned and beautifully appointed "THE HAVEN" 13 -16 July 2017. It had the expected upstairs unit sea vista, but add seaviews from every room (even while in bed!) the small wrap around deck accessible from many ranchsliders including from the 2 bedrooms, both with super-king beds, quality linen, each with a hotel-style ensuite with a plethora of toiletries; modern full kitchen (even a dishwasher!); access to laundry facilities, all set in tropical garden planting combined to make this place OUTSTANDING. Fully tiled floors throughout were cold on a winter night, but ample heaters were provided. Many thoughtful extras - throws, torches, games, books ... Thanks Ray for your warm hospitality and great communication, we loved it in mid winter, can't wait for summer. We will be back. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Alison (Auckland)
