Redwood View is a tranquil getaway, nestled in a quiet street in Tawa (a northern suburb of Wellington.) Just a short stroll to the Tawa shops or to the train that will take you into Wellington within 15 minutes. This four bedroom two bathroom large house is a home away from home with modern kitchen with views over Tawa and bathroom that has a separate bath and shower. We have just added an Ensuite to the master bedroom. The Heat Pump in the lounge and plug in heaters in the bedrooms will keep you warm in winter. The kitchen has a dishwasher a huge fridge/freezer and pantry and heaps of other storage. It is generously equipped. A large concrete courtyard will be great for the children to play. There is a fence and gate to keep young children safe. So comfortable and generously equipped with everything needed to make your stay in Wellington memorable. We have just added a 50 in plasma TV and new carpet and vinyl throughout. We ask for a cleaning fee of $200 for each stay. This isn't added to your quote from Holiday Houses. I add it later when I email you with a quote and more detailed info about the house. It is the only additional cost though. If this place is showing that it is booked on the calendar, email me anyway as I may know of other suitable places in the area.
