Lovely sunny private family friendly home, on hill over looking sea and city. Flat grass lawn and large deck areas with outside bbq and tables.2 bedrooms, very large master bedroom, open plan kitchen and dining, open's onto BBQ area. Enjoy fresh herbs and salad greens from the garden. Welcome enquires for stays of 10 days or longer. Price negotiable on length of stay.

Enjoy the best of Nelson sea and mountain views from the deck. Sunny private family friendly home, 5 mins from Founders Park cafe. 15 mins walk from central Nelson. Connects to wonderful hill walkway/mt bike to center of NZ. Large flat lawn area, wrap around decks, native trees and birds. 3 bedrooms. Ideal spot for relaxing and taking in all that Nelson has to offer. Please note there is no TV, just a smart screen. Car parks in driveway, short walk up hill to house, some steps.

Close to bush and hill walks/mt bike routes, Founders Park below. 15-20 mins walk to Nelson markets and city. Bus stop 5 mins walk. 10 minutes to Tahuna beach, or Matai river by car, 15 mins to Nelson airport.

Worth the access effort for the views and beautiful peaceful setting. Comfy beds and a great kitchen set up. Close to the best fish and chip shop and cafe in Nelson. Loved our relaxed holiday and looking forward to coming back.
