This amazing property is two houses in one. Each fully separate and self contained. Book the two properties and bring all the family for an amazing holiday this close to the beach, sleeps 12 or just book one or the other! Upstairs with its spacious 3 bdrm open plan living sleeps 6. And downstairs is cosy and cute with 2 bedrooms. Also sleeping 6. Each property is fully self-contained, you are totally independent from each other, or if you want just open the internal stair case and you can all be together. Feel very special in the lovely surroundings both inside and out. Elevated beachfront property in the middle of “old Langs”. Uninterrupted beach and sea views to Bream Head and the Hen and Chicken Islands. Just walk down large front lawn to pink/white sand surf beach. GENERAL INFORMATION Upstairs Sleeps 6-3 bedrooms Sep toilet, separate shower, separate bathroom. Laundry room. Open plan with fabulous large fully equipped kitchen looking out to the sea. Large opening doors on to a magnificent deck watch the day float by from up here. Downstairs Sleeps 6 – 2 bedrooms - one, sea facing with Queen bed, the other with 2 beds and 1 x bunks. 1 shower room, 1 toilet 1 laundry with washing machine and clothes drier, clothes line outside, iron, ironing board, vacuum. Sliding doors both from lounge and bedroom to front paved area. Outdoor dining table and chairs, BBQ, and loungers. ON-SITE AMENITIES Auto washing machine and drier. Electric stove, microwave. Fridge/freezer – backup in garage. Full kitchenware and china. Radio, CD player and TV. Beach chairs, boogie boards. Cleaning supplies. Outside area with outdoor table and chairs, loungers. Deck Umbrellas. Gas Barbecue. Boat parking and plenty of car parking on front lawn. Boat ramp nearby. Minimum stay 2 nights With a property of this stunning presentation to ensure that all guests have the same executive experience there is a compulsory cleaning charge required of $150 + GST associated with the rental of this Holiday House.

Please Note: Our Peak times are a minimum rental period of seven nights (1 full week). Minimum two night stay during all other times. We do require a bond for all bookings, which is refundable within five working days (should all be well with the property).
Long weekends and other holidays are charged at shoulder season rates (outside of peak date range) and whole house hire only at $750 p/n.
