About this Holiday House

A Queenstown Lakes District Council Registered Holiday Home - 3 night minimum stay is required. Well equipped and comfortably furnished 4 bedroom holiday home with dual bathroom and toilet facilities. Sleeps 9 (maximum of 7 if adults only - a QLDC restriction), suitable for 2 families. Master bedroom has ensuite shower, basin and toilet, family bathroom has shower, basin and bath. There is a separate toilet. Two bedrooms have a king bed each, bunks in third bedroom and a single bed in fourth bedroom. Portacot and "booster" highchair provided. Beds are made up before your arrival. Large wood burner and heat pump in lounge/ dining area. Electric oil-filled heaters for other areas of house; underfloor heating and heated towel rails in both bathrooms. All bedrooms and bathrooms are double glazed. Double doors open from master bedroom and living areas onto patio (with outdoor table,chairs and BBQ), then level sunny sheltered section - partly fenced. Fibre connected fast Wifi BROADBAND, HD plasma television, Free view and Apple TV device (use your own account), Blu-ray DVD. Several board games and a small library of books. Nespresso coffee machine, electric fry pan and slow cooker for your use. Garage and off-street parking including a boat park at rear.There is an EV charger inside the garage. Table-tennis table and playing equipment are also in the garage, along with some lawn games. 2 bikes suitable for riding on roads or lake and river side trails. Tennis courts a few minutes walk from our house, 2 racquets provided. For your peace of mind we have one, outside only, camera that scans driveway and front door. This security camera is not monitored but images may be retrieved if ever necessary. Walk to lake or town. Easy access to both Cardrona and Treble Cone Ski field roads.
