Four Square very short walk - fantastic shop. Very large backyard for lot of games and fun. No road to cross to head down to the beach for a beautiful stroll along to Moxi Cafe.

Upstairs, wake to incredible sea views from the main bedroom — lie in bed and watch the sunrise over the ocean, with views out to Whakaari/White Island and our beautiful pohutukawa trees. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area also enjoys gorgeous sea views and opens onto the deck. Upstairs has two half bedrooms (you walk through one to the other). The second bedroom has a double bunk below and a single above. The half bedroom has a king single. The deck is made for summer — Broil King BBQ and outdoor dining, with a couch for relaxing and taking in the views. Downstairs is a large, fully self-contained unit with a king bed, kitchen, separate bathroom and toilet, plus a couch that folds down to a double bed. There is also a double mattress available to use on the floor, so you can choose the sleeping arrangement that works best for your group. Both levels have heat pump/air conditioning, making the house ideal for one large family, two families or extended family holidaying together. There is also a warm outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach, stream or playground, or just jumping on the tramp! This is our much-loved family home, and over the Christmas holidays we head off so you can enjoy the whole place to yourselves.
