Rangataua railway cottage. This is the original Rangataua stationmasters cottage. Well positioned with a lovely outlook of the stunning Rangataua forest with the snowy Ruapehu peaks of Tahurangi and Girdlestone peaking over. Just 5 minutes drive to the mountain road and Ohakune junction. If you don’t mind the odd passing train, this is a perfect base for snow adventure , bush walks and mountain biking. The space The house is located in the middle of the Rangataua village. And is positioned right next to the railway . The house consists of 4 bedrooms 2 of the rooms are doubles 1 has a double bed with a single bunk on top. The other room has 2 single beds (however these 2 beds are out of order atm as they are a bit flimsy)
