With fantastic fishing, diving, walking and surfing on your doorstep, enjoy pristine NZ coastline at its best. Far Side Bach is beautifully positioned, enjoying stunning unobstructed 180’ sea views and within walking distance of a sandy beach with amazing surf, seal colony and boat launch. Sitting on a sun drenched 1/2 acre lawned section our cosy bach is a picture perfect coastal retreat.

Our special space was built just 10 years ago and has a great layout with front and rear sliding glass doors to outdoor seating areas, an open plan living / kitchen / dining area, separate large bedroom plus bathroom and laundry. Double glazed and well insulated with cosy wood burning stove and panel heaters - it’s perfect for a winter break too! There are stunning sea views from both the bedroom and living area and multiple outdoor seating areas to enjoy.

Wendy is a great host - super communicative and thoughtful. The house is perfect for two with a well-equipped kitchen and lovely space with a warm fire. The view and surroundings is beautiful. We actually became stranded during a flooding storm and Wendy looked after us really well. The community is super lovely as well and it was great to get to know some of the neighbours during our stay.
