Such a beautiful place to stay. The house is well equipped and organised and very clean. Super clear communication from Kim as well. The view from the deck is very special and there are so many other lovely spots to enjoy in the surrounding garden, including a native bush area and citrus trees. We were kept nice and warm in Winter with the log burner.

This lovely home was absolutely ideal for our family get away. The home was neat, spacious and very well furnished with everything we needed for our time in Duncan Bay. What a wonderful view of the sounds and the small boats anchored off shore there is from the sunny deck. Communication with Kim was excellent and we were well prepared for our time away. Both quiet and comfortable, the home was sunny during the day and with a lovely log fire to warm up our evenings. Absolutely ideal for our mid-winter break. The walks around the shore and the beginning of the Nydia Track were just too inviting to ignore. We would love to return one day and explore the area a little bit more. We had a fabulous few days in DB. Beautiful views drinking cups of tea on the deck. Well appointed house, very clean and tidy. We will definitely be going back.
