A lovely sunny warm family house, with open plan living and views out to the Bay. Fully fenced and single level. Enjoy the sense of relaxation that comes over you as you walk in, take in the view and the bird song - this is an ideal place to base yourself at to enjoy Duncan Bay and the wider Tennyson Inlet. There are a selection of walks close to the House, 25 minutes to Pipi Beach - ideal for swimming or surfcasting. The boat ramp is 2 kms away, has great parking and is a all tides ramp. There is cellphone coverage in the Bay and WIFI available at the house.

Duncan Bay is located at the start of the Tennyson Inlet, offering a all tides boat ramp with jetty and wharf close by, Nydia Track walk finish/starts in Duncan Bay. There are great bush walks, Pipi Beach for swimming or surfcasting off for snapper or kawai. 2 kayaks are available for use with life jackets at the house. Matai Bay Hut can be accessed from Duncan Bay by boat or kayak

We had a fabulous few days in DB. Beautiful views drinking cups of tea on the deck. Well appointed house, very clean and tidy. We will definitely be going back.

Great location with a great view. Plenty of room in the house, comfortable furniture and a well-appointed kitchen. The house was clean, warm and secure. It was even better than the photos suggested - we were very impressed and would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this holiday home. The house was spotlessly clean, tidy, and very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views are absolutely fantastic and made it a really special place to relax. Communication from the host was excellent throughout, friendly, prompt, and very helpful. A great place to stay and we would happily return.
