Welcome to our much-loved family crib! The house is warm and cosy - fully double glazed, fully insulated, heat pump, heaters in bedrooms. Sunny and private - the crib is the first and only house on the seaside as you come into Kaka Point from Balclutha. There is lots of room to run around outside, a lovely big deck for afternoon sun, and a small deck for al fresco breakfasts. It's small enough for a couple to feel at home, and big and flexible enough for a larger group. - Bedroom 1: Queen bed, views out to sea + room for a portacot (not supplied) - Bedroom 2: Queen bed + 2 singles, amazing afternoon sun - Living room: 2 fold out couches, each can sleep 1 to 2 adults. Everything in the crib is there to be used and enjoyed. There is no wifi (but good cell phone coverage), big windows giving a 180 degree view out to the Nuggets, books and games, and lots to explore. Kitchen and dining are open plan, with a walk through (no door) to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking - supermarkets are a 15 minute drive away (Balclutha or Owaka). Alternatively you can drive (2 minutes) or walk (20 minutes) to the village centre. There is a washing machine and tub in a cupboard off the dining room, and a washing line and drying racks. Note that the section is not fully fenced - you will need to keep an eye on young children. Ample off-street parking.
