The bunk room and adjoining area offer glimpses of the lake, adding to the sense of space and connection to the surroundings. Sliding doors open onto steps leading down to a sheltered patio, complete with outdoor seating and a table—perfect for relaxed meals or evening drinks. A large adjoining section provides open space with lake views, making it perfect for family games, relaxing outdoors, and enjoying beautiful sunsets over the water. Day trips are easy, with Whakapapa Ski Field and the Sky Waka approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes away, and Rotorua just an hour’s drive. With laundry facilities, free Wi-Fi, and everything you need already set up, the home is designed for an easy, comfortable, and enjoyable stay. Please note: as holiday houses does not provide damage protection, we require that the guest pays a refundable security deposit of between $250 - $500 depending on the length of stay directly to us.
