Come and enjoy our recently renovated 1960s house in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood, close the botanical gardens. North facing and warm, there is a lot to like about this holiday abode. Positioned opposite a reserve, there is plenty of space for the kids to run free and while adults relax in the alfresco area on those hot Summer evenings. The space There is an open plan kitchen dinning and lounge with steps down to the outdoor courtyard. The home is very sunny and warm with north facing windows and a heat pump. The kitchen has an extractor fan, Fisher and Paykel ceramic cooktop, dishwasher and oven plus microwave and new fridge/freezer. Each bedroom has a panel heater. There are two bathrooms each with a toilet and basin. There is a bath combined shower in one bathroom, and a shower cubicle in the second bathroom. The laundry has a clothes washer and dryer. Water to the house is all filtered with total supply filtration system. The Sony TV has internet Freeview as well as Youtube and chromecast. We have a Sony stereo with a CD player and radio for some old school sounds. Please note a security damage deposit will be required to be deposited into our personal account. The deposit amount will be set according to the length of your stay. This will be returned to you at the end of the stay and upon the inspection of the property.
