Egmont Downs - Totara Lodge is a fully self contained cottage with access by steps. Sleeps up to 5. Bedroom #1 - 1x queen bed & 1x single bed. Bedroom #2 - single bunks (built in) & 1x single bed. All beds are suitable for children and adults (bunk beds are slightly narrower than a normal single bed). All bedding is supplied. Bathroom / Laundry - 1x toilet, 1x shower, 1x basin, 1x dryer & 1x washing machine. All linen and towels / face cloths are supplied. Fully fenced section. No carport or carshed. Outdoor seating & table. Tank water supply (please be vigilant with usage in summer) Surrounded by fully native gardens, view of Mount Egmont and farmland.
