We invite you to enjoy your stay in our loved family holiday house. Great location, approximately 5-7minute drive to Wanaka shops and lake front. Short stroll to the famous patisserie, Albert town pub and the Clutha River and outlet track. Easy access to Cardrona, Treble Cone Ski Fields and Snow Farm and all that Wanaka and Queenstown Lakes district has to offer. Numerous mountain bike tracks are nearby, including Sticky Forest, Outlet Track and Deans Bank. The house soaks up all day sun, has a large heatpump in the lounge and an additional heatpump in the hall to keep you toasty warm throughout the house in winter and cool in summer. The dining and living areas feature mountain views. North facing open-plan living and dining space with doors that flow to the fully fenced (toddler safe) outdoor area featuring the undercover patio for alfresco dining. Grab a drink, sit and relax after a long day on the slopes or on the water. The house has sky tv also netflix. There is unlimited internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances, you even have an airfryer. Two bedrooms feature queen beds and the third has 2 sets of bunks (best suited to children). There is also a large double glazed sleep out that has a king bed and a set of bunks. Plenty of space for cars or the boat in the driveway. Kids can scoot / cycle on the quiet and safe residential lanes. There is a large trampoline and kids swing set. The full laundry has washing machine and dryer. There are two bathrooms, a main bathroom with a bath and separate toilet and an ensuite of the main bedroom. This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tabs along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 compostable bin liners and laundry powder. Full linen is provided for your stay.
