Booking Confirmation: Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the payment schedule and successful bond hold. Bond Hold: A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 days before your scheduled arrival. The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found. Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
