A uniquely designed house with a lot of character, situated in a large garden with veges and fruit trees. The setting is rural and it's only a 3 minute walk to iconic Wharekaho Beach. The living room and kitchen are open plan and open onto decks on either side where we often enjoy breakfast and barbeques. It is our full time home so is well maintained. It is not a house with all the flashy mod-cons but it is cosy and comfortable. It is definitely not to be used as a party house but would suit a small family or 2 mature couples. Your hosts Ross and Sumi will be staying in a caravan in a corner of the property and may be around sometimes to maintain it eg mow lawns etc. Guests are welcome to share our spray-free vegetables and a fishing rod will be available for you to catch dinner.
