Named in honour of the Royal Hotel that once stood on this property dating back to the 1860's the "Hutel" is a charming, quirky "tiny home away from home". This is a self-contained ensuite studio - wood interior, it has a king bed and basic cooking facilities. There is a lovely little deck, semi-surrounded by native bush but also outlooks to the quiet main road of Okarito - watch the comings and goings of this eclectic village, or retreat to your hideaway.
