JACKSONS is a Kiwi Bach which was built in the 70s then fully renovated and extended in the 00s. It has 3 bedrooms which can sleep up to 7 people and 2 modern bathrooms with gas hot water. It is warm with a peaceful holiday atmosphere and all the comforts you will need includes a Nespresso Coffee Machine but please bring your own pods. A private deck with all day sun provides a relaxing sheltered corner. Large TV with Freeview receiver and a collection of DVDs for those rainy days. It is just a hop step and a jump to the beach and a great playground for kids. 4 Kayaks available. It has easy access and plenty of off-street parking for several cars and those larger boats. Only a two-minute drive to the boat ramp and there is an outdoor sink bench for cleaning your day's catch. Okiwi Bay is situated in Croisilles Harbour, which is on the Nelson side of the Marlborough Sounds. It is well-known for boating, fishing and diving. About and hour and half drive from Nelson or Blenheim. Okiwi Bay has a shop at motor camp but Petrol NO longer available. Rai Valley, 20kms is nearest Petrol. Good cell phone coverage plus you can get Free Wi fi at the boat ramp. Pillows and Duvets with covers are provided but you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels. We ask you to clean up and leave the house as you found it plus remove all your rubbish - 24/ 7 recycling and rubbish disposal is available at Rai Valley. By prior arrangement and a $150 fee cleaning can usually be arranged. Sorry NO pets, smoking or vaping on the property. Thank you
