There have been Orca and guests this past New Year were treated to a rare display of bioluminescence – take that fireworks! Red Beach Park is only a 4-minute walk, equipped with fields, flying fox, playground, cycle path and tennis courts (rackets provided, although courts are sometimes locked). There is a scooter, children's bike, an adult bike and a stroller available for the whole family to enjoy this trip. Why not pack a picnic to take with you? Drive 15 minutes in either direction to reach expansive Regional Parks. Both Shakespear and Wenderholm boast incredible beaches, bushwalks, BBQs and wildlife. NO EXCEPTIONS. The pool has auto-close doors and latches which must be used at all times and are for adult-only operation. •With prior arrangement, there is potential flexibility for beds to be configured to suit your needs. •There is a minimum 2-night stay, with a 3 night minimum on all statutory holiday long weekends, excluding Easter when the minimum stay is 4 nights. During the Christmas/New Year period bookings must be at least a week. •Fires are prohibited at this property and on the beach (gas pizza oven and BBQ are provided). •Strictly no smoking, illegal drugs or vaping at this property. •Parties are strictly NOT allowed and you must be over 25 years of age to rent this property. •Installation of a Methminder and outdoor security camera system is for everybody’s peace of mind. **There is another Airbnb unit on this property that may or may not be occupied.
