About this Holiday House
This property is a combination of our seperate Harbour Lane and Beach Lane apartments which are within the same complex. The property can be opened up for a large group. The most ideal number is 8 but 10 is still comfortable with 2 per bedroom. 11 is also an option using the sofa bed in the upstairs main bedroom. The 2 main bedrooms have Super King beds, there is also 2 King Single trundler beds which can be made into a Super King bed. Other beds are a Queen and King Singles x 2. The Danske Mobler sofa in the upstairs main bedroom converts to a double bed. Quality linen and towels are provided.
Super spacious living areas all with magnificent view of the Whangarei Harbour and Heads. Several outdoor areas to enjoy. Property comes with bikes, kayaks, paddle and boogie boards.
Area is 10-15 mins from Whangarei central and located at the entrance of the Whangarei Heads. Airport is a few minutes away as is a range of suburban shops. The highly popular TopSail restaurant is a few minutes walk away along the waterfront -bookings essential.
Area is a quiet neighbourhood with lots of walkers and plenty of activity out on the water or the jetty. Not suitable for parties.

**Just listed March 2021, there are some reviews on the seperate listings but we are also listed on other booking sites and have a lot of private corporate bookings which do not result in reviews - just repeat business! Property has been occupied by 1 private business group for 5 months during 2022.
