Lovely views over the sea, and easy to get into via keypad, as well as a friendly and helpful host. A great spot in Nelson, a short drive to the central city. Unfortunately the house has several very small level differences (steps up or down of a couple of inches or so) which I ended up possibly breaking 2 toes on… guests we had over for dinner also tripped, and my wife managed to do likewise twice - despite knowing about the hazard (..we’re all in our 30’s too!). Just something to be aware of.
